1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RishiMehra.in you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Services

We provide web-development, design, and related consulting as shown on our site. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are described in individual proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Give timely feedback, content, and assets.
• Ensure you hold rights to any third-party materials supplied.

4. Fees & Payment

• 50 % deposit to start work.
• Balance due on completion, before launch.

5. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied within 15 days of launch you may request a refund:

• 0-15 days: 75 % of the total fee refunded.
• >15 days: no refund.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, rights to deliverables pass to you, excluding any third-party assets. We may display the work in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information private and not disclose it without consent.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

• We will provide services with reasonable skill and care.
• All services are otherwise provided “as is.”

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate in writing if the other materially breaches and fails to remedy within 14 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes will be heard in the courts of Bihar.
